With our large family, Casa Da Avenida provided a roomy and comfortable retreat in the heart of Cascais. The apartment was perfect for our children, with plenty of space for them to play and relax. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beautiful beach and the lively town center. Not only did the apartment have all the necessary facilities for a family, but there were also toys and games to keep the little ones entertained. The landlady was incredibly thoughtful, leaving us a lovely welcome pack with fresh fruit, biscuits, and milk. We truly felt at home and had an amazing trip in Cascais thanks to Casa Da Avenida.
For families with children, my wife says that it would be great to have more outdoor space for them to enjoy, maybe with a small playground.

I recently stayed at a spacious apartment in a nice, quiet part of Cascais. The location was perfect, centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, parks, and the beach. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with a big bed, a nice bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The communication with the owner was also excellent, and they provided helpful amenities like washing-up liquid and detergent. Despite a couple of small drawbacks, such as a lack of cleanliness upon arrival and a bit of darkness in the apartment, I had a pleasant stay overall. I would definitely recommend Casa Da Avenida for its location and comfortable accommodations.

loved staying at casa da avenida in cascais, even better than our previous visit. amazing host, great communication, and they went above and beyond with the little touches like fruit and wine. perfect central location, close to everything. highly recommend casa da avenida!

Central location in residential area. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks, and beach. Comfortable apartments with well-equipped kitchens and nice bathrooms. Thoughtful extras provided. Prompt communication from host.

Stayed at this cute little place with a terrace, and guess what? They had WiFi! So modern! , super close to Santa Marta Lighthouse Museum and the airport. How convenient!
Oh, and the best part? The seating area!
